We’re kicking off the autumn season with a very special surprise: on September 26 and 27, 2026, we invite you to our Autumn Festival, bringing back a piece of Nierstein’s beloved atmosphere with our “Winzerhaus Revival.”

A Piece of Winzerhaus History Comes Back to Life

On Saturday from 5 PM to 10 PM and on Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM, our estate transforms into a place full of memories: Gaspare and Maria Carlino of Cucina “Winzerhaus” and Rheinblick will treat you to authentic Italian pizza and pasta, just like in the old days – with a view of the Rhine.

Seasonal Delights

Fitting the season, we’ll be serving Federweißer (young wine) and freshly baked onion tart, alongside a selection of our LOUIS GUNTRUM wines – including non-alcoholic options.

Coffee Table with Students from St. Katharinen

On Sunday afternoon, September 27, 2026, starting at 2 PM, join us for a cozy coffee gathering: senior students from Gymnasium St. Katharinen Oppenheim will be baking homemade cakes for you, adding a sweet touch to the afternoon.

On both days, you’ll have the chance to purchase wine directly from us.

Rolling Stones and Fine Wines: Concert in the Red Wine Cellar

As the days grow shorter and the evenings cooler, we’ve come up with something truly special at LOUIS GUNTRUM: for the first time in our history, we’re opening our red wine cellar as an event location – transforming it into an atmospheric concert venue.

An Evening of Rolling Stones Classics

On Friday evening, October 23, 2026, we invite you to “Rolling Stones and Fine Wines.” In the historic vaults of our winery, surrounded by the aroma of maturing red wines, the renowned Stones tribute band Fingerprint File will present a selection of the Rolling Stones’ greatest hits – in special, stripped-down unplugged interpretations. Instead of the usual big stage show, you can expect an intimate, acoustic evening in which the songs of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and co. appear in a completely new light.

The red wine cellar, with its distinctive acoustics and rustic-elegant atmosphere, provides the perfect setting for this musical journey through time.

The Evening’s Schedule

Doors open at 7 PM, and the concert begins promptly at 8 PM. Alongside the musical experience, we’ll be offering small snacks and a selection of our LOUIS GUNTRUM wines to enjoy throughout the concert – the perfect combination of great music and great wine.

Tickets for this special evening are available for €15 plus advance booking fee. Since our red wine cellar offers only a limited number of seats, we recommend securing your tickets early – events like this tend to sell out quickly.

One small but important note: even though we’re celebrating indoors, the vaulted cellar can be cooler than expected – so please dress warmly to fully enjoy the evening.

On Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 6:30 PM, we invite you on a very special wine journey: “Guntrum Wines from 1976 to Today.” That evening, we’ll open our rarity cellar and taste through five decades of LOUIS GUNTRUM together with you.

A Blind Tasting Without Preconceptions

What makes this evening special: selected wines from five decades will be tasted blind – no label, no vintage, no preconceived opinion. The wine alone decides. This creates a truly unbiased tasting experience, where you can rely entirely on your own senses.

Which vintages will surprise you the most? Which wines have developed in especially fascinating ways over the decades? And can you really taste the age of a wine? In the end, only one opinion counts: your own personal judgment. Let yourself be drawn into an individual wine experience where your palate alone makes the call.

Culinary Accompaniment

The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of delicacies from Petra Buhl, creating the perfect culinary setting for this special evening.

Price and Registration

The price is €45 per person, including the wine tasting, a light meal, and unlimited water and grape juice. Participation is only possible with binding advance registration – tickets are available in our online shop.

One small note: since the tasting takes place in our vaulted cellar, we recommend dressing warmly.
